§ 7-119. Enforcement of housing code.

The codes enforcement department shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinances or codes adopted by the board of commissioners relating to the repair, closing, and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 19, Pt. 6 (160A-441 et seq.).
