§ 8-27. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as "County of Rowan master cable services regulatory ordinance," and it shall become a part of the ordinances of the county. This article shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption for the grant of any new franchise agreement or renewal of any franchise existing at the time of adoption. All ordinances or parts of the County Code in conflict with the provisions of this article, are hereby repealed.
