§ 6-91. Nonconforming use regulations.

Any building, structure, tree or use of land not in accordance with section 6-29 that was otherwise lawful on July 10, 1989 may be continued subject to the following provisions: They shall not be:
(1)

Enlarged, extended or structurally altered except in conformity with this article.

(2)

Rebuilt, altered or repaired after the damage portion exceeds sixty (60) percent of the fair market value immediately prior to damage.

This article shall not be interpreted or be construed to require the removal, lowering or otherwise change or alter any structure or tree not conforming to the requirement of this article on July 10, 1989.
