§ 6-46. Enforcement.

It shall be the duty of the director to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed herein. Application for permits and variances shall be made to the director upon a form published for that purpose. Application fees shall be charged as stated in section 6-30 and shall be paid at the time of submittal. Application required by this article to be submitted to the director shall be promptly considered and granted or denied. Application for action by the board of adjustment shall be forthwith transmitted by the director.
