§ 5-77. Failure to surrender animal for confinement or destruction.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to surrender any animal for confinement or destruction as required by these rules, when required by the health director or animal services director.

(b)

Failure to comply with subsection (a) shall result in a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
