§ 4-38. Miscellaneous.

(a)

The county may inspect a franchisee's records, premises and equipment pertaining to ambulance service at any time in order to insure compliance with this article and any franchise granted hereunder.

(b)

This article shall be effective upon passage by the board of county commissioners and it shall supersede any previous version of this article.

(c)

Present franchise holders shall have until July 1, 2003, to certify compliance with the requirements of this article.
