§ 3-3. Sunday sales of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages.

The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the county and its unincorporated areas on Sundays beginning at 10:00 A.M. and pursuant to the licensed premises' permit issued under G.S. 18B-1001.
