§ 2-211. Order of business.

  • At regular meetings, the board shall proceed to business in the following order:

    (1)

    Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

    (2)

    Approval of the agenda.

    (3)

    Announcements.

    (4)

    Informal public comments.

    (5)

    Scheduled public hearings.

    (6)

    Administrative reports.

    (7)

    Reports.

    (8)

    Introduction of ordinances, resolutions and orders.

    Without objection, the chairman may call items in any order most convenient for the dispatch of business.
