§ 21-81. Dimensional requirements; general.

Requirements for lot area, width, depth, and frontage, front, side and rear yard shall be provided in section 21-84, unless modified by the board of commissioners through residential clustering, multifamily developments subject to section 21-60(16), planned development subdivisions subject to section 22-58 of the subdivision ordinance, or as otherwise provided.
