§ 21-13. Enforcement.

(a)

Authority of zoning administrator. The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the zoning administrator.

(b)

Zoning administrator procedures. It shall be the duty of the administrator to initiate proceedings for enforcement of these regulations. If the administrator discovers a violation of these regulations, the administrator shall notify the violator of the specific violation and give the violator a specific time to correct the violation. If the violation continues or is not corrected, or a request for an appeal or variance as provided in article XIII is not filed, the administrator shall initiate proceedings for enforcement as described in this article.
