§ 20-61. Authority and enforcement.

This article is authorized by and undertaken pursuant to applicable law, including by way of example, but not limited to, G.S. §§ 153A-275, 160A-11, 160A-12, 160A-312 and 1987 Session Laws Ch. 205 § 1 at Charter § 8.10. As such, the county contends the City of Salisbury Code of Ordinances and policies that apply to the SRU system constitute adequate and reasonable rules for SRU's operation of the Northeast Rowan water system as authorized by G.S. § 160A-312(b).
