§ 19-91. Action by commissioners.

(a)

The board of commissioners shall review the recommendations of the county health department and submit its final determination in writing to the applicant within sixty (60) days from the date of the county health department's final action.

(b)

The board of commissioners shall hold at least one (1) public hearing after due advertisement of the hearing to obtain public comment on each application.
