§ 19-86. Required.

(a)

No proposed storage, treatment or disposal facility for hazardous or solid waste shall be permitted inside the county without first complying with the procedures hereafter set forth for a hazardous or solid waste permit for such facility.

(b)

No county building permit shall be issued for the purposes described in subsection (a) above until such time as the applicant has complied with all provisions of this division.
