§ 16-43. Disorderly conduct, public nuisance, etc.

  • (a)

    Disorderly conduct prohibited. No person shall disobey a lawful order of a county park superintendent, warden, caretaker, ranger or patrolman; nor commit a nuisance; nor use abusive, profane, or insulting language; nor unreasonably disturb or annoy others; do any act tending to or amounting to a breach of the peace nor conduct himself in any disorderly manner whatsoever.

    (b)

    Gambling. Gambling in any park is prohibited and no person shall bring into the park or have in his possession while there, any implement or device commonly used or intended for gambling purposes.
