§ 16-32. Disposal of refuse, garbage, etc.

No person shall deposit in any part of any park any garbage, sewerage, refuse, waste, fruit, vegetables, foodstuffs, boxes, tin cans, paper or other litter or other waste material or obnoxious material, except in containers designated for such purposes.
