§ 14-21. Enforcement and duties.

The county sheriff's office shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this chapter as provided in G.S. 153A-123. In addition, the county alcohol beverage control and any other county sanctioned law enforcement agency have the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter within their realm of jurisdiction. Duties of the county planning department shall involve the processing of permits to exceed.
