§ 14.5-41. Appeals.

  • Appeals of a notice of violation or other actions, (excluding an order of abatement of the enforcement officer) shall be made in writing to the clerk to the zoning board of adjustment on forms obtained from the planning department. The appeal must be filed within the thirty-day period following the date of receipt of said notice of violation or the date of action taken by the ordinance enforcement officer. If a written appeal is not made within said thirty-day period, the matter shall be deemed to be closed and the decision of the enforcement officer shall stand.
