§ 12-33. Provisional permit.

Within ten (10) days after the receipt of the application for a permit under this article, the county health director shall review the application and inspect the proposed site for the mass gathering. If it reasonably appears that the requirements of this chapter can be met by the applicant, a provisional permit shall be issued.
