§ 12-3. Rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations to protect the health, welfare and safety of those attending mass gatherings and of other persons who may be affected by mass gatherings adopted on October 28, 1971, and promulgated by the North Carolina Division of Health Services are hereby adopted as the rules and regulations of the county, except where they conflict with any of the provisions of this chapter. (See article III.)
