§ 11-37. Persons ineligible.

Latest version.

The following persons may not be licensed to work as a massagist or hold a massage parlor license:
(1)

A person who has been convicted of a crime involving sexual misconduct, including but not limited to G.S. Ch. 14, Art. 26 (14-177 through 14-202.4, offenses against public morality and decency), and G.S. Ch. 14, Art. 27 (14-203 through 14-208, prostitution).

(2)

A person under eighteen (18).

(3)

A person violating this chapter.
