§ 11-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Massage parlor means any place of business where massagists are employed to offer massage for a salary or fee.

Massagist (masseur, masseuse) means anyone who offers to massage another for a salary or fee.
